The current project site is the second biggest mangrove area in Asia. The main application of amphibious excavators in this project are swamp land clearing at mangrove swamp, removing mangroves and golf course pond construction.

The first golf course has a total land area of 200 acres and will be completed by the end of 2017.

The total land area for all three courses, hotel and infrastructure works will bring the total acreage to about 2,000 acres and located seven kilometres from the Forest City. It will be connected with a highway that lead to Singapore, which is currently being built.
